We had had great service there before but that night, it was very poor. Consistency seems to be hard for businesses in the customer service industry as of late. This is the most professional dealership that I have ever dealt with. I knew what I wanted before I arrived, and it was delivered with an efficiency that is rare. From start to finish, I was there only 1 hour. From the initial paperwork, to credit check, to financing, to out the door. All was handled professionally. Customer services is #1 to me. This will be my fourth car from All Star. At first I was thinking about going to a different dealership, but my mind told me, “Why would you do that when Renell always takes care of you?” If something isn’t broke then why try and fix it?
